Show Hidden Files is not working / or its Radio Button Disappeared

Are you facing the problem of Show hidden Files and Folders is not working or even there is no option of Show hidden files and folders in your folder options?

This problem is ususally caused by Viruses. If you select the radio button “Show hidden files and folders” and then press Ok. The changes would just disappear upon opening the dialog again. It was probably some virus attack after which the Windows registry was not being updated properly. So here is what methods to restore it back. Three methods are given below, so If one method is not working, please try another one.

Method 1:

Go to registry editor by running regedit in the run box.

Why Track HSRP

Years ago, HSRP was very useful for providing failover, but it had some pretty serious drawbacks; it would only fail over if the LAN interface failed, or if the whole router failed. It would not fail over if the WAN interface went down, or if the routing got mixed up, etc. So Cisco added the ability to track interfaces with the standby command.
